We are seeking a Technical Procurement Engineer who will involve in managing purchasing processes, supplier negotiation, purchase management, and purchase orders. The position is based in Istanbul with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualification and skills

• Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Orders skills.

• Supplier Negotiation and Analytical Skills.

• Experience in technical procurement and supply chain management.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Previous experience in the water or energy industry is a plus.

• Fluent in Russian for speaking, writing and listening.

• English Language is an asset.
